Turin Networks Professional Services offers a complete portfolio of professional and technical support services. Among the most comprehensive and customer focused in the industry, our offerings will help you simplify the design, installation and maintenance of your Turin Networks solution.

Our Site Survey Service ensures that your site and network are ready to implement services efficiently and cost effectively. By performing site surveys, confirming site readiness and accounting for any contingencies, you can alleviate any site-associated risks that may delay production installation and postpone the introduction of valuable revenue generating services. This process includes comprehensive site survey of customer facilities to determine requirements, delivery of necessary specifications to attain site readiness, and identification of areas requiring alteration.

Turin Networks Engineering Furnish and Installation (EF&I) Service will access site conditions, provide detailed installation and engineering plans for site readiness and install the necessary facility power connections, racking and cabling. We also provide logistic support to order and track all necessary installation hardware and materials. Once installation is complete, we work closely with customer personnel to test all equipment to help ensure proper operation.

Our Project Management Service will provide a dedicated project manager to ensure the installation of your Turin Networks solution are completed on time and on budget. Our Project Manager will provide the coordination, implementation of network solutions and act as the client's single point of contact. In doing so, the Project Manager will keep deliverables on track, and ensure a successful installation and system turn-up.
