At the very foundation of Turin Networks approach to customer satisfaction is the Technical Assistance response team. This group of seasoned Network engineers is available to answer your technical questions, assist in troubleshooting problems, engineer new applications and provide field engineers to your facility for on-site technical assistance. Whatever it takes to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction, we're here to provide it. The Technical Assistance team is available around-to-clock to provide the most efficient customer support in the industry.
Every member of our service staff has industry experience and comes from a variety of transport and data networking backgrounds. All come from design and/or service organizations at industry-leading vendors and service providers so they know the equipment and software you have in your network.
The end result is a team of professionals with a knowledge base that extends beyond transmission technology into the art of service delivery. Regardless of where you are, be assured that the initial and ongoing support will be delivered professionally, effectively and with a focus on your ultimate satisfaction.

Technical Assistance Center Process Updates
Turin Networks strives for continuous improvements in delivering top-quality Customer Support. As part of that effort, we are consolidating our support telephone numbers for Turin's TAC support to include all products. These will be the TAC telephone numbers for all Turin, and former White Rock and Carrier Access products. (Note this is the same number Turin TAC customers are already using.)

Effective October 28, 2008, the Turin Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Telephone numbers for all products will be:

1-866-887-4638 for domestic calls, and
1-707-665-4355 for international calls

When you dial these numbers, you will be prompted to make the following selections:

# 1 for Traverse, Transnav, TE2020, TE206, TE100 or TPE1200 products;
# 2 for Adit, Axxius, Wide Bank or MASTERseries products; or
# 3 for all other products

These selections will direct you to the appropriate Turin TAC support team.

For less urgent issues, the following email addresses are still available:

tech-support@turinnetworks.com for Adit, Axxius, Wide Bank or MASTERseries and other legacy CAC products
